By using business-outreach-optimizer.com you agree to these terms. They are short because the deal is simple: the tool is free, it gives you guidance, and what you send is up to you.
The short version
- The checker is free to use and needs no account.
- Scores come from fixed rules. They are advice, not a promise that any email lands in the inbox.
- You are responsible for making sure your outreach is legal where you send it.
- Use it as a person would. Do not hammer it with scripts or try to break it.

What the tool is
Business Outreach Optimizer checks the text of a cold email or LinkedIn message against a published list of deterministic rules, and looks up the public DNS records of a sending domain. The same text always gets the same result. There is no account, no payment and no saved history. We may change, pause or remove any part of the tool at any time.
Results are guidance, not a guarantee
Mailbox providers such as Gmail and Outlook decide where a message lands using signals we cannot see: your sending reputation, your recipient's history with you, volume, engagement and their own filters, which change without notice. A high score means your message avoids the problems our rules look for. It does not guarantee inbox placement, opens, replies or any business result, and a low score does not mean a message will certainly be filtered.
No warranty
The tool is provided free, "as is" and "as available". To the extent the law allows, we give no warranty of any kind, express or implied, including that it is accurate, complete, fit for a particular purpose, uninterrupted or free of errors. DNS results reflect what public resolvers returned at the moment of the check.
Your outreach is your responsibility
You decide whom you contact, what you send and how. You are responsible for making sure your outreach complies with the law that applies to it, including the GDPR, the ePrivacy rules and national electronic communications law in the EU, and anti-spam laws elsewhere such as CAN-SPAM in the United States. That covers having a lawful basis to contact each person, identifying yourself honestly and honouring opt-outs. Passing our checks is not legal advice and does not make a message lawful.
Acceptable use
Please use the site the way a person would. You agree not to:
- run automated scraping, scripted bulk submissions or load testing against the site or its domain checks;
- try to disrupt, overload or gain unauthorised access to the site or the services it relies on;
- use the tool to tune messages for phishing, fraud, malware or any other unlawful purpose;
- present the site, its results or its rule list as your own product, or suggest that we endorse your messages.
Content and ownership
Your text stays yours; it never leaves your browser. The site's design, code, rules and wording belong to Heaven Interactive. You may quote the rule list or share your own results with a link back to the site.
Limitation of liability
To the extent the law allows, Heaven Interactive is not liable for any indirect or consequential loss, or for lost revenue, lost business, damaged sender reputation or blocked domains arising from your use of the site or reliance on its results. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law, such as liability for intent or gross negligence, or your rights as a consumer.
Privacy
How the site handles data is described in the privacy policy.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the law of the Republic of Bulgaria. Disputes go to the competent Bulgarian courts, unless mandatory consumer law gives you the right to bring a claim where you live.
Changes
We may update these terms. The date at the top shows the current version, and it applies from the moment it is published.
