Privacy
What happens to your data here.
Very little, by design. This page explains exactly what the site does with what you type, which outside services your browser talks to, and what you can ask of us.
The short version
- Your email text never leaves your browser. Every rule runs on your device. Nothing you paste is sent to us or anyone else, and nothing is stored.
- A domain check sends only the domain name to a public DNS resolver, the same kind of lookup your computer makes to open any website.
- No cookies, no analytics, no tracking pixels, no advertising.
- If you write to us, we use your name, address and message only to reply.
Who is responsible
The controller of personal data processed through business-outreach-optimizer.com is:
Хевън Интерактив ООД (Heaven Interactive Ltd), company number (ЕИК) 201565871
Registered office: Dobrudzhanski kray 1, entrance B, floor 4, apartment 31, Krasno Selo, 1606 Sofia, Bulgaria

Write to info@heaven-interactive.com with any question about this policy or your data.
The email checker
When you paste or type a subject line and message, the text is analysed by a set of fixed rules that run in your browser. It is not uploaded, not logged and not saved between visits. Close the tab and it is gone. We cannot see it, and no one else receives it.
The domain check
When you press "Check domain", your browser looks up public DNS records for the domain you entered (MX, SPF, DKIM, DMARC and MTA-STS). To do that it sends DNS-over-HTTPS queries directly to Cloudflare's public resolver (cloudflare-dns.com, operated by Cloudflare, Inc.). Each query contains the domain name and a standard record name under it, such as _dmarc.yourcompany.com. Your email text is never part of these queries.
As with any request on the internet, Cloudflare receives your IP address when your browser connects. Cloudflare states that its public resolver does not sell this data or use it for advertising, and keeps query logs only briefly; see Cloudflare's resolver privacy commitments. The results come back to your browser only. We do not receive or keep them.
Outside services your browser connects to
Loading the site involves a small number of providers. Each one necessarily receives your IP address and basic browser information (such as the user agent) when your browser requests a file from it.
| Provider | What for | What it receives |
|---|---|---|
| Netlify, Inc. | Hosts the site and serves every page | IP address, requested page, time, browser user agent, in standard server logs |
| Google Fonts (Google LLC) | Delivers the two typefaces the site uses | IP address and user agent when the font files are requested |
| jsDelivr | Delivers the open-source 3D library that draws the prism | IP address and user agent when the library file is requested |
| Cloudflare, Inc. | Answers DNS lookups, only when you run a domain check | The domain name being checked, plus your IP address |
Some of these companies are based in the United States, so this data may be processed outside the European Economic Area. Where that happens, the providers rely on the safeguards the GDPR allows, such as the EU Standard Contractual Clauses or the EU-US Data Privacy Framework. You can read their policies: Netlify, Google, jsDelivr, Cloudflare.
The legal basis for these technical transfers is our legitimate interest in delivering a fast, working website (GDPR Art. 6(1)(f)). We have not switched on any analytics, and we do not use server logs to profile visitors.
Cookies and tracking
The site sets no cookies and uses no analytics, tracking pixels, fingerprinting or advertising tools. Because nothing optional is stored on your device, there is no cookie banner to dismiss.
When you contact us
If you send us a message through a contact form on this site, your name, email address, company website (if given) and message are stored by our hosting provider's form service and forwarded by email to Heaven Interactive. If you tick the boxes to include them, your latest check result (scores and findings) and the email text you checked are sent with it; otherwise neither leaves your browser. The same applies to anything you send directly to info@heaven-interactive.com.
- Purpose: only to read and answer your message. We do not add you to a mailing list and do not share your details.
- Legal basis: your consent (GDPR Art. 6(1)(a)), given when you send the message. You can withdraw it at any time by writing to us; withdrawal does not affect anything done before it.
- How long: up to 12 months after our last exchange, then deleted. If the conversation turns into work together, records the law requires us to keep (for example invoices) are kept for as long as the law sets.
Your rights
Under the GDPR you have the right to:
- access the personal data we hold about you and get a copy;
- rectification of data that is wrong or incomplete;
- erasure of your data;
- restriction of processing while a question about it is resolved;
- object to processing based on our legitimate interest;
- portability: receive the data you gave us in a common, machine-readable format;
- withdraw consent at any time, where processing is based on consent.
To use any of these rights, email info@heaven-interactive.com. We reply within one month. Since we keep almost nothing, the honest answer to most requests will be short.
You also have the right to complain to the supervisory authority. In Bulgaria that is the Commission for Personal Data Protection (Комисия за защита на личните данни, КЗЛД), www.cpdp.bg. You may also complain to the authority in the EU country where you live or work.
Children
The site is a business tool and is not aimed at children under 16. We do not knowingly collect their data.
Changes to this policy
If the way the site handles data changes, for example if a feature starts sending text to a server, we will update this page before that change goes live and change the date at the top.
